Privacy Policy
Last updated: 20 August 2026
Harrington Multi Media Marketing ("HM3", "we", "us") operates hm3.com. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you complete the application form, you provide your name, email address, company, and whatever you choose to write about your product and your business. You give us this deliberately, and we use it to answer you.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we record technical details of your visit: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, the pages you view, and how long you spend on them.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to understand how the site is used and to measure whether our advertising works. These run through Cloudflare Zaraz, which loads third-party tags on our behalf. The tags we use are Google Analytics 4, the Meta pixel, and Google Ads conversion tracking.
Those third parties set their own cookies and receive data about your visit under their own privacy policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and blocking them will not stop you from reading the site or sending us an application.
Why we process your information
We process the information you send us in order to respond to your enquiry and to decide whether to work together. We process technical and analytics information on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding and improving how the site performs, and in measuring our advertising. Where the law requires consent for cookies, we rely on the consent you give through the cookie controls on the site.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information.
We share it with service providers who help us run the site and our marketing: our hosting and content delivery provider, our analytics and advertising vendors named above, and our email provider. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights.
How long we keep it
We keep applications for as long as the enquiry is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can pick a conversation back up. We keep analytics data for the retention period set in the relevant vendor's settings. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to object to how we use it, or to withdraw consent you have given. Residents of California and of the European Economic Area and United Kingdom have specific rights under the CCPA and the GDPR respectively, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.
To make a request, write to privacy@hm3.com. We will not charge you for it, and we will respond within the time the applicable law allows.
International transfers
We are based in the United States, and the providers we use may process data in the United States and elsewhere. Where information is transferred out of the EEA or the UK, we rely on the safeguards our providers have in place for those transfers.
Children
The site is meant for business use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to privacy@hm3.com and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
